They say when people die riding bikes that they died doing what they loved. Not when you hear that they locked up their brakes and lost control, he died with horrible fear.

Only good thing is that it was on impact. R.I.P

I don't even like driving down WLY in my truck. That road blows in most parts. Especially between 290 and 45.

Early a.m. there's no traffic.
Todays bikes can hit 100 mph in less than 3 seconds in very little distance so it's not hard to do.
Not condoning it, just pointing it out.
Shame for anyone to die like that, but we're all guilty of going a bit too fast sometimes. Hopefully the guy in the truck is o.k..
Let's not turn this into ANOTHER bashing/second guessing thread for the rider.

RIP to the rider.

WLY and Fry rd is where I seen my first actual motorcycle accident. Happened right in front of me, guy on a cruiser was just riding along at the posted speed limit and a lady didn't even look and came right out of the neighborhood without stopping, first time i've ever seen someone launched 10 feet up and 20 feet down the road. Little york is crazy, but then again, this is Houston so everywhere is crazy.

I refuse to even go down 529 on my bike. Too many idiots pulling out in front of you.
