Truthfully, I do not know, What I DO know is I've seen it posted on several websites and Facebook pages. The people that have paid respects to him after death kinda says he was a "good guy"

Also, I can't find ANYWHERE where the police confirmed that he stole it.

The POLICE reported that the bike was stolen, they never said the rider stole it.

Usually the "owner" contacts police and files a report

Just curious, does anyone on here have a signed police document saying the bike is stolen? Have they contacted the victim of such stolen bike? Do we know any real evidence other than what police officers in the field have reported to the media?

I don't think anything else needs to be said about this particular subject, we buried Julio yesterday, I seen them cover him with dirt, end of story.

Again, "Police said investigators later determined the motorcycle had been stolen in Harris County."

That doesn't sound like "police officers in the field"

Yea were did they pull the vin from?

Who actually reported the bike stolen? Anybody can call and report a bike stolen. You can even go online and file a report.

Like i said before, to many what ifs to point blame with one simple sentence. Nobody followed up on it.

So you were there? You heard the officer say it was stolen? No, you densely read it on news feeds, just in case you can't comprehend articulate English language, could it be possible the officers reported "possible stolen" vehicle and the media jumped on that reported to the public that it was stolen? Since you seem to think yourself an intelligent individual, why don't you go get hard evidence and post it up here.... If not just let it go.

1. You don't know how legit news media works
2. How many media links do you need quoting that according to police the bike was stolen?
