Thumbs up Isn't it cool when.....

Isn't it cool when you are riding or at a stop light and the car next to you has a child with their little face pressed up against the window looking at you in Aw like you are some sort of Super Hero? Maybe they think we look like Power Rangers or something with all our gear on. And each time I wave at the little critters, it's very heart-warming to see them get so excited and them waving back with a smile from ear-to-ear. That always just makes my day and even brings a smile to my face!

Right on man. I remember when I was little and my dad rode his BMW, I looked at him (and all bikers) with that same light in my eye. And I couldnt agree with your wording more, it was a sense of "awe."
And yes, I always wave back to the little ones and give the throttle a goose.

Dogs in the back of trucks bark at me though. Not as nice as kids.

I know I always wave to them. No matter how bad your day is a little kid looking at me in awe alwyas makes whatever is going on seem so insignificate My son LOVES bikes and any time i start my bike or he knows I am going riding I have to give him a ride around the block.

Yeah it's a cool feeling. I've even had older people sit and stare and I'll wave at them too.
