All riders are in my prayers!!

I'm probably gonna chill on riding for a little while. Lately riding is labored for me, meaning I'm trying to hard and thinking about crashing too much. I might be selling out but oh well!
Not sure if its the same girls or not but i went up there friday or saturday night(cant remember which) and saw 2 asian chics on bikes. One on an 06 black/silver GSXR 600 and the other on an 05 raven R6. I overheard their conversation on the phone and she was telling the person on the other end that they were just out "drinking and riding". Im assuming alcohol but who knows. Then as they were leaving, the chich with the gsxr just about dropped it in the parking lot before they both took off like a bat out of !

Those chics need to slow down!!

Lilly rides the gsxr, not sure who was on the R6, I would say Julie, but I don't think she's been riding lately. Lilly is fearless on her bike, and knows how to turn the throttle, hasnt been riding long either.

She didnt look too stable on her bike at all. I believe the gsxr had paper tags. Might be wrong, i only got a quick look while she almost dropped it before she took off.

I just dont get why people ride like that especially after seeing people get killed everyday from doing the exact same thing! Like i said though, she needs to SLOW DOWN!!

I WILL DEFINATELY BE SLOWING DOWN!!! Our 1st ride last night, I tried to start off slow, but then they got tired of that and took off. I lagged in the back until we got to the Ship Channel, sped up to get in the 1st 4 and stayed there til we got back to pp1!

???? How's she acting all hard??? She came to PP1 to let us know someone just died on 290 and she was all shooked up. She rides just like the rest of us. We all want to go fast. It's just a matter of who has a better sense of judgement when to slow down and when to speed. Accidents happen when ego takes the best of you.
So don't be a hypocrit and saying stuff like who's acting hard or what not. Truth is, everyone speeds at triple digits once they hit the freeways. I know I do, but it's up to the rider to limit themselves of their abilities.

that asian chick was acting all hard by talking to the cop under her breath telling him to stfu, you're only making it worse, yeah, rub it in , etc etc etc. if you're going to talk to a cop, have the to at least be facing him while you're doing it. pretty fkn retarded.

and NO. we all don't ride like ya'll do. I have a family to take care of and my riding reflects that. took a ride last night with a few buddies and our average speed was 80. and you know what? i had more fun doing that than any 140mph+ i used to do. too many variables. risking my life doesn't give me thrills anymore.

A-****in-men. Lowsiding at 20mph was a wake up call for me.

When I heard that someone had died last night it gave me butterflies in my stomach. :eh:

Pointing the finger will not bring our fellow rider back.. and it will not change anyone's opinion about anyone.. I dont wish any of us to be in the statistics and would never claim the next to be...
