There's Fayetteville, Navasota, Carlos, and Livingston. I can't rember all of the routes because I was following friends, but you can always google map the areas and plan what route is best for you.

Oh, and Chapel Hill is one of my favorites. Look out for noob rides to attend if you haven't been on the roads yet.

The best ones are FM3090 and the forest route. If you can do a multi-day ride, i highly recommend riding through the hill country area!

Rode to Bryan yesterday, 149 is a nice road, as is FM 1486, Basically anything up in the forest has some nice curves. I was behind SOMEONE with a MH Sticker on the way back through Montgomery last night.
