I don't know about your headlights but mine are bright as can be and can see very well. Seems like newer bike have tiny headlights and I am not familiar with riding one so I cannot comment on there effectiveness. My bike has huge reflectors and light up the world, even with the 3m film I have over them.

SMOKED OR NOT 2 SMOKE...

This is just my thing I can not stand the SUN @ ALL,so I have my DARK smoke shield on during the day....And for sum reason I have become adjusted with riding with it at nite, when I had my clear 1 on I had alot of glare.Im thinkin maybe it has to do with my contacts, but the SMOKED lens really helps me see WAY BETTER at nite. The cars head lites are toned down, and their lic. plates are more visible & the KICKER is I can SEE LEOs from a GREAT DISTANCE 2(you know their side reflecting stickers) ...So Im ALL for the smoked shield....EVERY1s vision is totally different!!!

I'm just tired of reading how I'm supposed to think/act... It's very OK to express your opinion, but to tell people they're wrong and you're right simply because that's how YOU feel with no basis of truth or facts to support your claim, that's what gets me.

I've thought about getting an amber shield to help with low light conditions.

that's just like shooting glasses, yeah? I was wondering last week how well that might work out but I've never seen a shield like that. Anyone know where they might sell them for HJC helmets?
