who got busted

news this morning talked about 2 seperate chases with sportbikers last night.
1 guy got caught after trying to hide in the bushes and the other with a group of 4 bikes was caught after wrecking or so the news said. others got away.
I wouldn't recognise 99% of peeps here but i bet alot of u would. showed both guys that were busted. Great PR for the sportbike industry.
Not that i would condone running but if u can't lose to leo in the first minute or so you are gonna take some lumps.
Also mentioned the wreck up on 290 but didn't catch the details.

The bikes were all together, there was a group of 5 the leo chased the leader he wrecked taking a turn too fast, another leo saw the other 4 minutes later and thats when one of them got caught but the other 3 bounced.

I was going to go out last night but that bad feeling told me to stay in. Glad I did.

I do a lot of night riding. Need to be more vigilant but not much different than day time riding. Don't think for an instant that just because it is day light that a cager will see you.

I have enough room in the 929 to fit my visor. I keep clear in there during the day and smoked at night. Have been doing it ever since I bought my last 929.

I miss the huge trunk of my old 929.
There's barley enough room on my CBR600rr for my insurance card.

I've seen those guys. I carry my alternate visor in my tank bag. I would say 90% of my riding is night riding. I have reflective wheel rim stripes and reflective tape on my helmet. Waiting on my led tail light to come in for better visability and plan on getting reflective graphics for the rc.

I leave for work every morning a few minutes before, or after 5 am. Its always dark, and the cagers are usually half asleep. I take my time, and try my best to stay away from traffic. You just have to be extra careful.

the led tail light on the 929, compared to the stock light, is like a spot light compared to a candle... i highly recomend them....i'm sure it's gonna be the same on the rc
