It's soo doable - i'm not even sure why we are debating this.

With proper gearing, its really not "un-achievable". Maybe you should try it on an R6 rather then a GSXR600
were talkin 10.0s hp is hp I dont care who how or what makes it.

if your 600 doesn't run 10's as it is...throw it away, it's junk.

j/k but it should run high 10's stock. (with a great rider of course)

who gives a t about 600s anyhow. they're like the economy vehicles of the sport bike industry. get a liter bike and you won't have to worry about getting a 10 second pass.

and just out of curiosity, which makes more hp stock? a gixxer 6 or a r6? my friend has a new r6 and he says they have some bs unrealistic number for their crank hp. personally I feel the new r6 has s.hit for power but i like the ergo's of it.

Eric, when were you on Oahu, Maui or Big Island? I cut my teeth at HRP on Oahu. Good times both road racing with HRRA and going to the drags Friday and Saturday nights.

cops in HI don't play. last time i went to visit family i saw two cops posted up in a couple of nasty azz SS Cameros. if it wasn't for the little blue light on top, i'd have never known. i'm sure they love it when people try to run.

yes, in Hawaii the cops are given $$ and they get their own car. Lots of cobras and ss'. I ws more worried about them than the bmw solo bikers.

No joke about the chargers I was like wtf. There was a article about it I think I have the mag somewhere also. It has to be lowered and regeared but they dipped into the 9s just barely or right above it like a 10.1. All the new 600s are nasty quick I still like a liter bike though.

Gadsen also tested a Busa vs. ZX14 late last year.... he ran sub 9s on a lowered ZX14. The Busa hit like 9.0 if I remember correctly.

You guys also have to remember that Gadsen is like 5'5 and 125lbs... with professional level skills and reaction times.

BTW... I can't break 11s on my F4i.

reaction times have no bearing on ET's.... but still seeing a 600 do 9's would be unbelievable
