Hello, finally. :)

I have lurked for months and posted a few times in other areas of the forum. I finally bought my first bike this last weekend. I bought a 2009 Aprilia Mana with 1900 miles on it. So much fun for a newbie like me. I thought I would finally post in the introduction forum since I actually have my own bike now and can maybe participate in more than just the random comment. I'm located in the sugar land area of town and hope to sometime meet some of you guys and girls. Have a great week!

Yes it is..I was wondering when that would come up. It actually has the shift lever for your foot and you can put it in manual mode and use either it or the buttons on the left hand to do the shifting. Or you can put it in three different modes for automatic as well, sport, rain, or touring and just twist and go. It's cool to me that the gas tank is under the seat, it makes the bike's center of gravity so low that it makes it very easy to do slow speed maneuvers and such. It seems like it turns on rails. Either way, I am enjoying it.
