Best Race Boots for around $150

Im looking at buying some race boots, and just wanted some opinions. Im a size 12 to 12.5 US size.
Right now my primary choice is Cortech Latigo Boots Air road race boots
Second choice is the AXO primato II.
Let me know if there are better choices around the 150 range.

If you noticed both boots look the same. I had the sidici version and they are pretty crappy. No ankle support at all. You can bend them by hand

I could see myself letting these go for $150. They're just sitting in a closet.

good deal there. I just recently picked up a "used" pair of Sidi's to get a better quality boot within my price range. Just need to have them "freshened" up now.

I'm assuming you saw this deal on the Primato's...

the latigo have tounge strap that suppose to keep your ankle from moving. The review say it works well. (its on the internet so its true)

No. They are definitely sport bike boots. All the MX boots I've seen are a lot taller.

Sounds good. I've got some running around planned for tomorrow, but I should be able to swing by the track while I'm out.

Check your PM.

If he absolutely cant do over 150, I understand. Its not cheap buying all this gear. But if he can wait maybe 2-3 weeks and save another 100. Id highly recommend it
