Looking for information on my Pro-Nov CMRA Status

I have obtained my Pro-Nov CMRA.
I'm required to do sprints + corner work to drop the yellow shirt.

I've been told that since I already have my TMGP lic. I'm can drop my Pro-Nov without taking the CMRA sprints or cornerwork.

Can anyone confrim???

Ask nancy sellback. But i think if you have a license from another club but bigger bikes it transfer......like wera, ccs, usgpru, ama, motogp lol
Oh and yea it sucks to cornerwork on race days but the club really needs it so it helps out, there are days when practice are delayed because of short on cornerworkers.

must of hit your head pretty hard the other day huh?

Just keep in mind "I am slow, I am here to learn. If it feels like I amgetting faster and more comfy doing bla bla bla I'm doing well. "

I know i'm slow and its ok with me as long as I learn somethting and I'm having a good time. BTW any decisions on what your going to do with the Triumph?

Thanks Patrick & Jim,
But Martin is right, Corner work and Pro-Nov sprints wouldn't hurt my learning.

As for the Triumph, I'm working with Patrick and the crew at Motorcycles Unlimited to convert to track/race only

Here is from the rulebook. Not sure if it helps any but im thinking you will at least have to cornerwork...

"rider must have proof of a current race license with an approved organization. Among the approved organizations are: AFM, AHRMA, AMA Pro, ASRA, CCS, CMRA (Canada), CRA, FIM, Formula USA, HRRC, LRRS, MRA, OMRRA, RACE, USGPRU, WERA, WMRRA and WSMC."

I guess so - i'd rather still wear my yellow shirt for excessive races so guys make clean passes and don't scare me like Carbon..:laughing6

I was told about that, i can't verify it. But i was told my 2 CMRA experts.

someone needs to find out for sure, i don't think this is possible, i do know for a fact that if you are TMGP lic. that you can run CMRA mini endurance without having the CMRA lic.

TMGP will qualify you to do mini's only in the CMRA without their lic. (this is according to a higher up in the LSTD org.)

I would like to know as well.. Eric, please let us know what you find out..

ALSO, if you have gotten confirmation on your CMRA lic. you should have access to a s/n and password to the CMRA forum. Ask your question there and see what feedback you get!
