No, I've had some good experiences (RR and Forest runs), and some bad (every Lone Star Rally cruise), but I've yet to be on a MH ride over 10 people where at least one person does not go down, and in some cases take others with them.

Forest and Racer's Road rides are a little different, but every "cruise" ride is 1/2 the guys riding sensibly, about 1/4 wanting to do a high speed run, and about 1/4 wanting to stunt in the lane next to everyone else. Perhaps a bit of an exaggeration, but just like Critical Mass, in my experience, you draw attention, just not positive attention.
