Nope. Too lazy too look up the statutes. Search. It's been discussed to death. Plate has to be visible and lit.

Same here. They placed more "sensors" to cover all the road. To catch the plates but its only effective if they can see the plates. They keep records of repeat offenders until they finally catch it and charge up.
