METRO HOV/HOT lanes (US 290, 45 North, 45 South, 59 North and 59 South) are closed this morning (Wednesday)

They've been closing the others, while leaving I10 open. Maybe it's because you aren't trapped in the I10 lanes if an accident occurs.

Confusion reigned on Metro today. Drivers being told lanes are closed, then being told lanes are open, somehow the message was being miss interpreted. My hope and please someone that knows the system chime in, is it that bad for the air traffic controllers? I don't mind some issues on the ground but in the air, I like spot on.
