Roger's (Koskesh) Memorial Thread

This was a good idea, and I had to go ahead and start it up. For those who will not be able to attend the services I am sure his mom, sister, and brother would like to know what everyone has to say about their lost one. It would also be nice for them to see how many peoples hearts he touched in the years he is spent with us. So please send your regards, and a little something you know about Roger to help ease the pain for everyone. I will print this out and take it to the funeral when it comes. So lets fill his families eyes with tears of joy and not tears of grief!

Roger was a great friend to me. He was very quick to speak but always had a big heart, and would never leave a person behind. He was there with a helping hand to anyone who needed him, and it never took two times to get him to pull through. Roger your words of laughter and your wittiness will never be forgotten as no one could ever bring to the table you could. Remember we all love you, and I wish there was something I could do yesterday to fix what went wrong.

Didn't personally know him but, I'm sure he was a great person, our prayers go out to his family and personal friends.

I'M ALWAYS TAKEN BACK WHEN ANYONE ON 2 WHEELS GOES DOWN, whether I knew him/her or not matters none!

I was so taken back by the news of 3 riders being taken at once, I immediately let out a slew of prayers for ALL of us out there taking the same risks that we do so joyfully.

I hope that in this time of such sadness it comforts us to know that they died doing something they absolutely ENJOYED and ADORED!!!

Although I did not know Roger nor the other 2 riders I can honestly say THE GOOD DIE YOUNG. It never fails that when it's ur time to come home, it is ur time to come home, take joy and make celebration in your return to our FATHER!

BLESS EACH AND EVERYONE 1 OF U and ESPECIALLY BRING PEACE ON THE 3 FAMILIES THAT HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY THIS TRAGEDY!

I never met Roger, but wish I had the opportunity to. It is more than obvious that he was loved by many and will be missed deeply. My sincerest sympathy and prayers to those who had the privilege of being a part of his life.

I never had the chance to meet him personally but had many conversations with him both joking around and him willing to help out anytime I had a question or needed something. His funny remarks and helpful nature will be missed by all. I know he will be up there watching over all of us and laughing at all the stupid stuff we do. Rip Roger.

For me, it's getting a little scarey to get back on the bike after hearing this. but to ride, even solo, i'm sure koskesh would want us all to be safe and ride on

Roger was one of my best riding friends that I've had since I moved to Houston over a year ago...he was one of the most friendly, outspoken people that I've ever met. I hadn't gotten a chance to ride with him or anyone else for the last few weeks, and it hurts to think that if I'd had a bike still, I would've been there last night and would've gotten to see him one last time...you'll be missed, man...my prayers go out to you and your family.

didn't have the chance to meet Roger being fairly new to the MH community. He was a funny guy and was very involved here.

Even though I did not know him I am still shaken up because of all the posts i have seen from him.

RIP

Got to chat with him on here but never got to meet him in person. He was going to buck up and take a ride as my passenger one day... Now I'll ride with his memory instead.

No matter if you never met him, the riding community for the most part is one big family, and it will always hurt to see one of us go. I did not know him, but still feel mournful for the loss of another member of the family. My Prayers go with you my brother so that you may be with our Lord. Ride on..........
