Copied from another forum.

Was out riding my 4 month old STR with 4300 miles today, everything going good. Riding some twisty's at a pretty good speed, went to pass a car got on the throttle and "CLUNK!" then motor shuts off. Sound came from the right side. Tried starting the bike up, will run for a few second but very rough. Then shuts off on its own. Thinking it may have jumpped a tooth on the timing chain. Not to happy with this happening on a 4 month old bike.

Clutch felt fine. Dropped it off tonight. We started it up before I left. They think it could be the timing chain tensioner. But time will tell.
