2013 fz6 mods

Hey guys so I just got a new 2013 fz6r and I already want more power. I've looked up that it has around 70hp but was wondering if there are any performance mods/parts that I can install to give it at least 100-115 HP. Is that possible? Or do I have to wait to trade in in for a YZF-R6? Please help thanks!

It would be a waste if money just get the r6. How long have u been riding?

Full exhuast and dyno tune is a good first step btw lots of $ though

Not possible.
Maybe 5 to 7 hp depending on pipe, PC and good map. 100hp is never going to happen.
Have you gotten your suspension set up? 30.00 at Motorcycles Unlimited. Best upgrade you can do for your bike. Do that and learn to ride you bike really well. Practice riding and do some track days.

On my buddys 2012 FZ6, only the rear shock is adjustable. I'm not sure if any changes were made to the 13 model. Certainly a fun bike to ride when i get tired of my R6. Look in to MJS exhaust for the FZ, they just came out with a full stainless exhaust/slip on for about 550$.

Don't waste your money man. The fz6"r" has a neutered engine (though nice and torquey!).

If you want a huge top-end rush you gotta get a supersport, or an older fz6. They are good for ~100hp stock. No bottom end power though

Maybe it's just the gearing, but my buddy's fz6r has great pull off idle, but doesn't wind up like most sporty I4's.

He also had a 2 bros full system... not that an open can should be helping the low-end any

Fz6 is more of a sport tourer than sportbike

Don't know about the new ones but I'm working on a 09. Easy to change out the fuel rail, cams, and frond end from a R6 put 05 r6 headers and pipe kick out by peg like newer R6 and flash ecu and get lots more power fairly cheap per mod.

And motards rule.
