i have insurance, but no endorsement, they claimed it to be wreckless driving but wasn't stated on violation, but i recall it be in a safe manor and was going 40 in a 50, and the bike didnt want to move and they already loaded the bad boy when i was being held hostage in the ambulance, the really didnt inform me on anything which sucked, even as i tried to ask questions

What do you mean ? Other than a fine not much lore can happen. You can legally have insurance without a license. They can make you pay fines but nothing really legally that will effect him

Don't be surprised if the insurance company doesn't pay, no M endorsement-meaning you were operating without a license. Glad your ok though.

Fines to me falls under the word "Legally". Also if the other driver wanted to press charges/sue for injuries etc etc also falls under the word "Legally" to me.
Sorry, but to me the biggest things that me off about driving/drivers is ones that dont have insurance and ones that dont have license that drive anyway. Do whats right, get your MC License if you plan on riding a MC, just saying. Im glad he is ok but no sympathy from me. Again, if I was him I wouldnt be complaining that they took his bike and "detained" him in the ambulance while they made sure he was ok, even though he caused an accident on a vehicle he didnt have a license to drive/ride.

Did you hit someone elses car too? or wreck by yourself? Big difference in insurances eyes and how they pay, especially since it was his fault
