Re: Hard to believe...

Well, it was a 03 or 04 GSXR1000 with about 400 miles with a buy it now of 2700 or so. Normally Id easily assume a scam, but the guy had sold almost 200 items and had a high 90% positive feedback. It was just weird. I just saw this too. WTF is goin on?

Re: Hard to believe...

"free shipping" .....bull !!!, sounds to iffy, and it sounds like he is in a real need to sell this bike as soon as possible and the seller doesnt mind taking a loss at the bikes value

Ya, and Ive seen things like this a number of times with some different cars, but I mean, this guy has some reallllly good feedback and has been a registered user for like 5 years. If this is a scam, hes throwing that all away, but who knows.

many times scammer would use people account to sell stuff. such as ones that have good feedbacks and stuff. alot of times these account are stolen when peopel get scammed from email reqeusting their info, that looks like ebay is requeisting the info. so be careful.

They're on there all the time. Have to be careful not to fall in to the traps.

If you're buyin something of high dollar on ebay preferably make sure you can go pick it up yourself! a bike for example, I would definitely NOT get a bike on ebay if it wasnt from somewhere where I would make the trip to go pick up. IMO
