bike collision. wear ur helmets!

looks like the passenger wasn't wearing a helmet, i cant be sure b/c its not too clear.. but hes not getting up

Well IF he ran the red light and crashed into a van then hard to feel sorry for someone that doesn't wear gear and drives reckless.

your right if he ran a red light and hit a van then i don't feel sorry for the rider but i do feel sorry for the passenger. yes he wasn't wearing a helmet but its not his fault they hit a van if i was the person controlling the bike i would have given the passenger the helmet if there was only one for some reason just for the fact that if something happened along the way and i had the helmet and the passenger didn't and died but could have lived if they had been wearing it i would not be able to sleep at night for a long time.
