Yep, I was passing, that's why I got in it. Motocop was at least 100 yards behind me when I did. It's a pet peeve of mine and a state law that the left lane is to be used for passing only.

Can you provide the penal code for this, as far as I know, it's just courtesy on most freeways, unless posted otherwise.

Every other state I have been in obeys the left pane passing only law and traffic seemed to flow much better on the interstate than here.

I had one pass me in the same lane. He pulled up beside me, told me to slow down. Then proceeded to speed off and swerve in and out of traffic. I was doing 70 in the HOV.


I hate traffic cops
