Paul...what? ill google his name, i think i need to take this lawyer route instead of dodging paying for tickets by doing DD too much.

also on the first pullover, always ask to see the radar... esspecially if you question the speed...there supposed to leave the alleged speed on it and supposed to show it to ya if u ask. if he says no then tell him ill see ya in court... !

I've also been told this doesnt't prove anything, and for wreckless driving they don't even need a radar speed. this will just make them mad and give you a ticket for sure, even if they were going to let you off

The first thing you did wrong is post this here on a forum where cops may just as well be lurking...

The second thing is never admit to something the cop 'accuses' you of doing...

On the reckless driving, you can get that dismissed... a cop does not have the leeway to let you go based on his perception.... If you broke the law, he must follow legal protocal. If driving 100 in a 65 is reckless, and he did not haul you to jail you can argue improper procedure and have him at risk of losing his job... the think you are gonna be stuck with is if he wrote the ticket down... meaning he wrote 80 in a 65, then he still broke the law, but your word against his... check the ticket and fight it... he was implementing a fear tactic so you admit to something....

The speeding ticket on sunday, him giving you a ticket for your friend's actions. Yeah, he can't do that... if he doesn't have you on radar or paced, then fight this one on your own... you will definetly win...

I have had crazy amounts of tickets and I have never paid any of the ones I did not have to. The ones i get out of state or out of town, I have to pay as it will be diffcult to fight, but the ones in Houston, **** that... the cops never show and I am off.... I have only went head to head with a few prosecutors and even then i was surprised at how well I did with them...

2. dont have your plate so visible.... and utilize the speed you have... haha.

3. if you cant do 1 and 2 then just do the speed limit and get a effin red reflector.. i've gotten that ticket before.
Sorry To Hear that Bro, i had multiple tickets before...what i did is I decided to reset my court dates and asked for trial..it sometimes work..it worked for me...and ofcoz You jus have to be lucky enough! :icon_smil

It happens all the time about the bike in front of you is considered your friend. If he speeds then you speed. It happens to me many times especially going out of town. When you are out of town, only choice is to pay or miss many work days driving back and forth. Since you are in town, you should fight the ticket. That's so unfair. Next time tell the cops that you don't know him. There are plenty of bikes on the street, can't know them all besides, you did not break the law as you were told.

I used the term 'knows' pretty loose. Said he went out to to TWS (Texas World Speedway) or something with some of y'all, and mentioned you wrecking and mesing yourself up pretty bad. He's a Pearland cop though. His name was Robert DaSilva. He seemed to be one of those nicer cops though, not one of those on some crazy ego-trip witha chip on their shoulder.
