Water in oil

Have a 1992 ktm 250 2 strokes. Realized have water in the engine. Removed the water pump cover. No oil there and no cracks on engine. Is trashed? What else could be?

I have had to fix a few of those f'n gaskets on KTM...

just order the parts and flush the engine....time consuming, but not too difficult.

I would suggest a mix of diesel and oil..keep flushing until there is no mo water. Might take 4-5 flushes before it all comes out
