And I would think that hoping that we didnt go to church (in most faiths) would be a bad thing to say to someone. In that very phrase you are passing judgement and giving your own sentence to us all. I understand it is hard not to be that way but we all must try.

Thanks for reminding me, I should read up on it a little more .

remember is forgiving and merciful. would suck if you got up to the pearly gates and he didn't let you in because you sinned once and even though you were repentant of that sin he still says well yo ucheatd on that test in fourth grade so to you go.

let me say my apologies for dragging religion into this. I know from that stand point it's really cut and dried in the direction of forgivness for a person that does wrong.

On the issue though i think sometimes it's easy for people to condemn and say fark it. seems when people actually know someone personally going through trying to get on the right track after a issue like this then it's like it hits a little closer to home.

for the flag and for the country as so many already did and do

if we want money for college we serve the right way

now if i am an ex con. well i made my mistake and im supose to fix it in any other way

thats what i believe

not against ur point i just dont believe is a way out
now here is another way of looking at it

armed forces is a serious institution formed by man and women dedicated to serve and protect this country

if we allow excons to serve due to a record cleaning

well just watch the news. how many soldiers have trials right now for rape and murder?

im sure that is not what we all want

now not all excons might do that
but many would

army like law enforcement need people dedicated to their job

because we all deposit out trust. and even our lives on them

nah not about me cause i'm ok with it cause it hasn't held me back nearly as bad as others i know. remember mine will be gone quite easily but that's not the point. point is you have a whole lot of people that want to walk the line but with difficulty I figure it would be cool if there was a way to help the american people and help the individual that is helping.

then again it doesn't seem right that illegals get to come over here and break a law by being here period then use I'm helping my family to make it all better.
