Exclamation Rider down prayers needed

We had a member go down today on Crabb river road. His name's Flaco on the forum, real names Stephen. He hardly posts on here but he's a regular on the SMR's and SOUTHEAST meets and rides. I also went to high school with him. He's in pretty bad shape and could use some prayers. It happened earlier today and has been weighing heavy on my mind all day. Sucks to get injured this close to the holidays. He's a young guy just starting his family. Has a very young son that's not even a year old. I don't know to many details of how he went down. He was riding with supawk. From what I understand he got a high speed wobble and ran off the road and took out a few poles. He was life flighted to Memorial Herman and is in ICU. His injuries consist of all right side ribs broke theyre gonna wire them together, left compound broken arm getting a rod, collapsed right lung, punctured left, lost his left pinky, broken finger and lots of bones in his hands, getting back fused(, broken back) collapsed chest cavity, and internal injuries. Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers. I'm gonna try to go see him tomorrow. I'll let y'all know more when I know more. Ride safe out there guys.

Poor guy, hope he pulls through! It was pretty gusty out there today, rode for a bit and came back due to high wind gusts, just wasn't feeling safe out there.

Sucks. He has 2 beautiful little kids. Hope he recovers quick. We keep saying we accept the dangers involved in the sport, but what about the family. No one can prepare enough for times like these.
Praying for the family and him.

Anyone can be a "borc" rider, dont try and blame this on anyone. You are well aware a lot of us have hauled on those roads and some of us were just luckier than the others. I hope this guy makes a recovery

you have no idea of that incident, that was resolved a while ago. listen im not trying to be a but Ive seen you pull 160 mph + on the straights with noobs on the back road rides. So dont run around pointing fingers man. Im sure the riders that were with them feel bad enough.

What sad news to hear as I get up this morning. I heard about this but didn't realize who it was until I saw this post with the "Flaco" reference. Stay strong, for the family. Wishing a quick recovery, keep us updated on visitors and any possible fundraisers.

And for all of those judgmental about how it happened, as soon as you leave your house you never know what could happen anyway. So, kiss your family every time you leave because you never know what will cause any of us to be in this condition such road conditions, mechanical failure or some other factor. This is the ultimate price we pay for what we love.
