Vulcan 900

Hello guys, I recently got a 2012 vulcan 900 custom and am wanting to go bobber/semi bobber. I have been looking online for a list of parts I can remove but not a whole lot of info other than pictures. Anyone know of a good source or how to for removing unnecessary equipment? Also I'm not really liking the spring seat look, is there another route than that for a solo seat and minimal rear fender? Any help or smart remark is appreciated.

There are tons of ads on craigslist for guys who will bobber your bike for $350.

I own a Hot Rod and Motorcycle business and I am an authorized dealer for Biltwell, Lowbrow Customs, Licks and Mooneyes etc. I can get you many "Bobber and Cafe" style parts/accessories at pretty fair prices and can even install if you dont want to
