so how fast were you going?

It honestly doesn't look too terrible considering all you were wearing was a t shirt and jeans right?

glad we didn't have to hear about this on the news.

Knock on wood but for the most part I've been surprised at the amount people say insurance companies pay out for totaled bikes

I don't understand why motorcycle insurance premiums are so high. You realize the insurance company didn't pay for your , your fellow insured motorcyclists did

for those that have caught the rash...

Do you bandage the large areas?
the ooze sticks to my shirt. Peeling it back off cant help the healing process.
Or large bandages with neosporin?
This one hurts the most

Use large bandages. My surgeon gave me saline solution to wet the fresh bandages before I applied them to help keep them from sticking.

Seriously man, you almost tripled your money by being shady. Stay classy Houston!
How was it shady? I got a good deal on both bikes. Insurance paid me what they were worth. And an extra 800 for my gear. They have some ride safe program that pays u for ur gear if ur wearing it.

See if you can find some silicone mesh. It goes over the wound before gauze. It may dry ip and stick, but a little saline when you go to change the bandage and it slides right off. Good stuff - although I got mine from a doctor, so I don't know about OTC availability.

They paid me for the bike. They didnt pay for my hospital bills as I waved that part of the insurance. Your quote well only be high with a newer bike, a litter class bike or if you have the medical on your plan. I didnt. So 20,000 came outta my pocket for the Dr bills. So no sir I got paid what I put in.

Correct me if I am wrong but isnt that the point of insurance. To pay you if a mistake happens? Same as your truck or car.

Form the looks of your fingers You've got the tough part down.
Seriously though ouch that does look a bit painful. Hopefully the pain will only last a few hours like mine did. It brings back bad memories.

When I was a lot younger and DUMBER I highsided my racing 4wheeler at around 40mph on a stabilized white limestone rock road. The only thing I was wearing was a Bell moto4, gloves, nike hightops, and cutoff jeans. So I can verify that those statements about the shower being a bit painful. It sounded real bad when the washrag started knocking all the rocks loose that were in my back.
