My new bike and a question for it....

Looks like I'm dropping off the R6 I listed on here tomorrow for 5000, pretty happy with craigslist. Bought this over Easter break at Dayton Powersports. Went to stubbs, they wanted 11,200, decided not to buy the bike then I met the guys at Dayton and they got me out the door for 10,700, threw in my first service, a suzuki wash kit and fender eliminator and on top of that were extremely nice. I highly recommend them to anybody gettin a new suzuki.

My cosigner (mom) and me

Question is I need lojack, im in college station now where theft is not a problem, but I am wanting to install it the day I move back in early May. What is the average price and where should I look for buying/installing?

Daytonpowersports.com is the dealers site. Linc Harris is the owner and he is a hands on dude, myspace him if you got questions.

Gots plenty of that....I was just taken pictures. I ride Alpinestar leather jacket, gloves, shoei helmet everywhere and Alpinestar boots for trips. Took MSF, got a rebel 250 when i was 15, r6 from 16 to 18, and now gsxr 1000 (for racerx :icon_smil )

He gets good reports from everybody... probably end up going that route. But for the spirit of competition, i know there are a couple more shops that post on here, i was wondering if anybody has gotten good deals/service from other places.

I bought my bike at Cycle Shack North, very nice guys...service department seems decent......but I think they are more used to working on 4wheelers than they are sport bikes.

There are several dealers that install Lojack. Have you checked in CS? Seems like a decent investment. Good luck!

Good to know about cycle shack north, i didn't get to deal with them because they didnt have the bike i wanted since it was an '06. The main dealer here seems to run pricey on EVERYTHING....would rather wait til may and give my business to someone in houston. Me being 18 and all...i run liability only and theft coverage was like 800 a year so im thinkin lo jack is the way to go
