How hard would you guys laugh at me ...

if I brought my ninja 250 to a trackday? Not that it would stop me mind you, but just so I can get a feel for what to expect.

as long as you have fun...who cares! at the end of the day, it is you that determines if it was worth it or not.

I've seen a Ninja 250 out there more than once and I couldn't even tell the difference because they come through the corners just as fast as the big bikes if not faster. And that was at TWS (Texas World Speedway), which is a very fast track.
The only time you'll feel left behind is on the straights but I wouldn't worry about that too much. You'll catch 'em again in the next turn.
