That looks homemade. Probably a carbon windscreen cut to fit and reshaped with a heat gun.

I know Aztec 8 made them out of black plastic for their dominator headlight setup, and I've got one on my bike, but don't know of a good source for them now.

Look for "dominator headlight screen"

do you happen to like the buell flyscreens? cant you still purchase these buell parts from Harley? I think they're quite expensive if you happen to go that route but atleast its new.

Doesnt have the two headlight cut outs at the bottom but still looks pretty awesome.

Looks to me like it started as this...
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Carbon-fiber...74387f&vxp=mtr

Maybe for a blast though...
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2000-BUELL-B...a3a2de&vxp=mtr

Personally, I'd start cutting up any double bubble/touring sport bike screen.

The Buell XB screens are still in the Harley network, though it's up to what's left in the parts houses. They aren't bad cost wise, from what I remember... $75? Harley didn't jack the prices up or anything.

you should get you an sv650 bikini, they are much "cooler" looking. but again you'd have to do your own cutting to get it to wrap around the headlights like that guy has,

Also have you been to customfighter.com ? they may have a DIY article there that will suit your needs.

i've always liked the "screen wrapped around plastic console" look of the sv650 flyscreen.

^I somehow forgot about the triumph stuff.

and yes, customfighters.com has quite a few home-made screens. From 5gal buckets, to the OEM screen that originaly came on the bike, to repurposing other random plastics/screens. It does take some wading to get through it all... cause some of the best stuff is in someone's build thread... not in a "custom screen" thread.
