Would look much better with a solo seat and revised headers and mid-pipes. Looks like fun anyway though!

Took a second look and that isn't a passenger seat, just an ugly solo seat. Still needs fixing.

I kinda like the seat with that big ol' raised bump. Lines are different than the typically swoopy gunfighter. If that bump is meant to be a pillion, I would seriously hate to be thong-bikini-clad hottie perched on top of it.

The dual pipe would've looked a lot better if they were ceramic coated a dark grey matte finish. Cans look cheap from the front 3/4 angle, but from the rear, the oval tips don't look too bad.

That is a cafe style seat that supposed to mimic the rear cowl of a cafe racer. He also got the cafe style rearsets. I like some of the mods

Should have put all that on an XR1200 instead.

Lots I like and lots I don't.

The dual exhaust is trying to hard... running the pipe all around the front just stands out too much. Maybe if it'd crossed over behind the engine.

Personally, i like the D&D exhaust...

+1 ^ the d&d is one of the best, if not THE best you can buy for the sportie. i dont recognize that carbon fiber can though, is that brand new or maybe something they are no longer offering on their website?

edit: NVM its the bobcat, im only familiar with the FatCat systems

Looks like some took some XR components and grafted them onto an XL.
Looks good but don't like the exhaust or the intake.

I'll try to find some pics of my XR in a bit, but here's my interpretation of the XL:

Dyna2009

I've since lowered the rear about 1.5" and installed bar end mirrors to clean it up some more.

I'm glad others are chiming in about the pipes, because I *hated* them. Good , that's ugly. Personally, I like the black Thunderheaders on a bike like that.
