Just filter the oil you used after you're done frying your holiday turkeys and use that.

Or, if you know any people of Japanese descent who ride three cylinder Triumphs they might have the best guess.

in all seriousness, being liquid cooled, I would imagine it'll take the same grade as just about any other water cooled bike. What do the 4-cyl sport bikes take? 10w-40? That's what I'm running in my old- Yami V-4.

Those are fairly new bikes, they usually have something called an owners manual. Now granted you will have to look at the index (hint usually under specifications). THat should get you fairly close to what they recommend. It will usually say Engine Oil. That should help.
