Sato Racing Customer Service

So after 1 week and the 3rd time driving my bike, I almost died. The exhaust flew off my bike under my rear wheel. Luckily i was in the HOV/Toll lane of i10 or someone may have received a NASTY surprise!

Quote:
"It appears that your bracket defect was a known issue with our engineers,
because our newest brackets for this rear sets model come with extra
welding at the corners to add strength. You may have received our
original-design exhaust bracket that didn't have the extra reinforcement
on the corners.

Besides sending you a new exhaust bracket, we feel we also owe you a
replacement canister. If you could provide us with the model number of
your exhaust, along with your shipping address, we will be happy to send
you a new one.

Let us know if this solution is satisfactory."

Thanks Sato Racing.
This is after calling Sato and telling them what happened.

Great costumer service and especially great products. I guess it can happen to any company but at least the good ones honor their products
