Total lack of respect for your fellow man. Wasting countless peoples time so you can have your playtime on the freeway. Attention whores gunna attention .

Not to mention I'm sure some of the people you are holding up are trying to get somewhere important on a deadline ie, appointments, work, doctors offices, the fcking ER, but yea ok your playtime on the freeway is more important and everyone should just get over it.

If I may proffer an opinion, its all about respect and the total lack of it.

REPECT is rendering the appropriate courtesy for a given time, place, office and or circumstance. Respect should not be confused with admiration which can be earned or lost based on ones actions. Respect should always be rendered to others not based on whether or not we may feel they deserve it but because it is the right thing to do based on the time, place, office or circumstance. When we all render the proper respect for one another every things works smoothly. People confuse freedom and LIBERTY too frequently also. Freedom is the ability to exercise one’s own discretion without consequence or boundary, where as LIBERTY is the ability to exercise one’s discretion within the limits of a set boundaries. Motorcyclist more than any others know the desire for liberty and the consequences for exceeding our boundaries. The problem is too many feel the need to exercise their liberties at the expense of others. See they didn’t respect the other road users enough to shut down the road way and impede them in their journey but I’m sure they would take exception with any road user who decided to not respect them enough to simply run them over. One might say its not the same but it is. Stunter doesn’t respect anyone enough to find a place where their antics won’t impact anyone else to include everyone’s’ safety, so why should anyone else be overly concerned with the safety of the stunters. It’s the same level of lack of respect for the life, liberty and safety of others. If a guy wants to go by me at 200mph and can safely make the pass and not spatter himself or anyone else all over the road I won’t stop him but I won’t follow him either. If you think its even remotely ok or justifiable to shut down the freeway for this type of behavior without the proper authority( movie shoots do it all the time by the way, so for a couple hundred bucks you could have a police escort, proper traffic rerouting, and a clearly needed stand by medical assistance) then in my humble opinion you don’t belong anywhere near anything with two wheels. Your lack of judgment indicates you are a danger to yourself and to others. See the sig if you have comments or questions. Peace

You've had four wrecks in a year, let someone goad you into riding "too fast," and you wonder why you keep crashing?

If you don't have the self-discipline to control your right wrist so that you stay within your skill level you need to get a slower bike (or quit riding entirely). You know you lack experience and claim to want advice, but your juvenile attitude about your lack of self control state otherwise. If you don't wake up, you're going to be the subject of a rider down (permanently) thread.

If you want to quit crashing and become a better rider the first thing you need to do is settle the f@ck down when you're in the saddle. Learn some self control. It sounds to me like you give in to peer pressure way too easily, so I'd actually suggest a solo ride just in case someone faster tempts you. Ride to Yankees and back, but never go faster than 10 over posted in the straights and turns. I don't care how tempting the straights are...if the speed limit is 50, you go 60. This will give you time to pay attention to what you are doing and the mistakes you are making. If you can't hold a steady line through turns at those speeds you have no business going faster. When you get CONSISTENTLY smooth at 10-over, THEN you can speed up to 15-over.

Texlurch gave you some of the best advice you'll ever need. Know your abilities and know your machine. You don't know either, but you can change that.

It's strange, but I've owned both a cruiser and an adventure bike and I've never once had a cager intentionally try to hit me. Several of my SS-riding friends (and quite a few on here that I've never met personally) have had cagers TRY to take them out. Methinks the antics in the video might have something to do with that. Shutting down a freeway to act like an affects everyone who rides an SS bike.

It seems ok to alot of people to break laws and ride a particular way. Only as long as it is what they enjoy. I have seen way more riders cause accidents speeding than holding up traffic.
