Problems with spokes and Rims

I need some advise. I have been riding in the TMGP races on a KX 65 (2005) for the past year and have been having problems with my rims/spokes. In particular the spokes continue to loosen when I ride and that is not a good thing!! I believe the rim has a problem (not true or slight bent).

Here is a bit of information:

Front and rear rims are the same -- 12 x 1.60
Front tire is 100/90-12 49J
Rear tire is 100/90-12 49J but I planning on switching to a 120/80-12 55J

Here are my questions:

Who around the Houston area can I take both rims and make sure there is not problems?
If I need new rims (and spokes) , where is the best place to purchase them?
Are these the correct size rims for these tires? If not, What size rims would you recommend?
What else do I need to know about spokes, rims and TMGP?

Thanks a lot for you help
