What's done to the motor? That fuel is probably not needed or will hurt hp compared to others. That's over 100octane. Just bc it's race fuel doesn't mean it will help

We are a VP dealer here at Wild West, do you still need a drum of fuel? We will be getting a delivery of fuel later this week.

Yeah I know. Its not for a bike its for a fully built cobra with a 2.8L KB on with all the bells and whistles. Just needing some fuel so we can get it off the street tune and kick it up to 24lbs and spray to try and crack the 1000 barrier.

MS109 is oxygenated.... It will definitely wake it up if you run it straight.... You'll gain 5hp or so.... Just don't leave it in the tank, it will gum everything up so drain it and flush it when youre done.

FYI... MS109 is only 101 octane so you won't slow down the burn rate too much.

I run c16 in my race stuff. 5hp is not worth it to me for the price n hazards

Well right now we can only run 18lbs of boost on pump gas so were gonna run the race gas and bump the boost to about 26lbs or so and spray it with a 75 shot and let her eat. I think we'll see a bit more than 5hp. Yeah that's the only thing I hate about the oxygenated fuels but they do the job.

Hops in santa fe is WAY cheaper then anyone... no offense towards John he is a great guy for sure but he was $92 for 5 gal of U4.4 and Hops was 13.75/gal ($68.75 for 5 gallons)

Hops also sells Methanol and different varieties of it. when i had my GTI i ran a built motor and turbo and lots of stuff on her was able to squeeze 28lbs of boost safely out of it but when i ran a 50/50 mix of meth and water i was able to lower my IAT's and run 34lbs of boost still on pump gas.

I know lots of people who run meth on boosted cars. C16 in the long run would be the best bet i think but that's my .02 no doubt would love to see the dyno numbers and see her run i got a group of friends with some 1xxxhp cars who like to play if you ever like mexico runs

I run ms 109 and never removed it. Never had problems either. It's the Mr12 and other ethanol fuels that you have to worry about gumming up the fuel system. Hops is the place to go. They can give you the proper info on the fuels too.

Thanks guys. Its a buddy of mines car but I'm just helping him out with it. Haven't been able to get anyone to answer at hops when I've called. Looking to get a couple 55gal drums.
Loves runs in Mexico of course, there's only a few places in the Beaumont area to get it and they're all so high. It will be at TX2K14 for sure tuned up and ready to go.
