what does it mean

i was riding home from willis/conroe after checkin on my horses i was coming up 149 and there were a couple cops sittin there, after passin them a bike passed me so i flased him to warn him and he looked at me and hit his helmet, just wonderin if this meant somthin????

tapping the top of helmet means "head up" usually indicating a cop or something serious coming up
