250 would be too big for tmgp event, but for the test n tune days (like Sunday) or a Gamra days, 250 is just average. Sorry John.

An email from C Bishop regarding the Dec. 8th Mini day at NOLA

Hi all,

Out of respect for everyone's time - it was decided to give you as much notice as possible regarding cancellation of this weekend's Supermoto/Mini Trackday.

The rationale is based on the bad weather that will be moving in this evening and sticking around for the weekend. It would be a waste of everyone's time and money to hang on to the hope of a dry Sunday morning.

We hope to have more information about the 2014 schedule soon - but for now - count on the 2nd Sunday of each month continuing at NOLA. That would mean we will plan for January 12th, if I'm not mistaken.

It's nice to see interest in the events growing despite the recent bad luck with the weather. Let's keep that excitement going for 2014 and plan on seeing everyone out there then. It's possible some of you (both kids and adults alike!) will have some new or upgraded rides by then! So bring them out and break in the new year on a high.

This message will be copied to the GAMRA Facebook page - and please - forward to anyone you think this may have missed.

Have a great holiday and new year and we'll get back to the track in January!

Cheers,

Chris Bishop
Supermoto/Mini/GAMRA Event Coordinator

For more information about NOLA, look up Kevin Nolde on the CMRA message board. He is trying to launch a line of rims for pit bikes and leathers and such for the junior riders. He has been doing lots of work to try and get minis time on the track and may have some additional information.
