May I ask who you are speaking with at NOLA? They basically told us last weekend, they aren't letting us run anymore cause there isn't enough participation.

I've been playing here at NOLA and in Saucier MS, keeping it close to home. Work has been crazy busy not allowing me time to travel.

If this does happen, let me know. I can talk with the Chrises (the two guys kinda running the show over here) to get a better organized agenda together. When we run now, its a free for all. Big bikes (450) and minis on the track at the same time. Everyone is respectful and we haven't had issues yet. If enough minis show, we can just break it up into 30 min sessions.

The kart track is bad , and can be run in about 50 different configurations.

No, minis in the conventional sense 100-150cc 4s and up to 85 2T.

Haven't seen anyone on the track in a 250 Ninja yet, but that could be fun given the right configuration.

May be in on this. Don't have a mini but I've been wanting to hit this track up for a while. Tried last year but the staff told me I couldn't run my tard because of the AMA race. Then while on Bourbon street I ran into a group of guys who had been riding their tards out there all day. Doh! It will be cool if you all are on minis because I'm slow so when you pass me I can just run all of you over.

I have emailed Chris to see what the track said after our last (low turnout) event, and what that means for Dec 8.

It does look nasty. I hate to not support the track and all but maybe they will reschedule it.

Hopefully you guys will make the trip over in the New Year. And along the same lines, now that things have calmed at work maybe I'll make a Katy Round or two. Wonder if TMGP would travel for one race weekend next year over here?

Now that would be interesting, the same racers all trying to learn a new track before a race.
