Blanco and that is half the fun here getting to know people without the stress of riding with a group of people you don't know. You do a good job to, keep it up.

Several of the bigger rides I've been a part of had incidents involving riders going down. I quickly lost interest in being involved with that. I stuck to a small group of buddies. We never had any issues and were always able to enjoy the ride from start to finish.

As far as BORC SDRC drama, fake drama, sarcasm. Its not hurting anything. A little BS Among friends. who cares?

And why does Ivan get to create a thread about another thread?

It wasnt a group thing, it was riders inviting riders to ride. They made some frienshios or not, but they rode.

We forget that our bikes are here to be riden and we all enjoy a little company while we do.
When I get another CBR after the first of the year, I'll post some rides. My Sportster is really only good for commuting.

It's annoying and the mob mentality spreads to every other thread. Even Moto related threads and noob riders asking legit noob questions. Don't believe me? Ask anyone else that's been butthurt for being banned for up a General Discussion thread. It's funny to you, but a headache for us, a turnoff for new members and it affects MotoHouston's image.

The original thread was closed only because OP requested it. Ivan asked me about it and was able to continue HIS own thread with his opinion. If a thread is closed or deleted due to the usual drama or bs by US, then the rule applies that another cannot be made to continue.

There are plenty of other MC forums without as much drama. They are also pretty BORING and uneventfull. BORC/SDRC threads may have a bunch of pokes and jabs but lately they seem to be the ones people are reading and posting in The Drama makes this forum FUN (worth coming back to).
MOTOHOUSTON has a good image? I thought all sportbikers (since that is the major majority) were horrible thoughtless douchbags in the publics eye. wouldnt be too worried about that.

MotoHouston forum rules are not based off of your opinion nor mine. There have been many other forms created with your opinion in mind, but you would be hard-pressed to find them around now.

I agree that the jokes and the camaraderie is what keeps people coming back, the point you are so conveniently missing is when all of that jacking mentality spills over on to what we would like to consider legit motorcycle discussion threads.

I don't know about you, but I'm pretty tired of hearing all the gay ball licking, -grabbing comments those threads turn into.

If you're tired of seeing/hearing it then why don't you use the 'ignore' feature?

Well.... My wife works hard all day and when she gets home tired, she likes to kick back and surf the drama threads... It's something she enjoys...lol. Women love drama... And to not provide them with drama is being sexist...
