It should raise concern that this year BORC rides and Sunday rides have had a similar number of riders go down (and more fatalities) than a level two track day.

So here lies the real issue...you are labeling all fast rides BORC and the only BORC rides are the ones posted by someone in "The BORC"...a highly secretive organization with stringent initiation ceremonies! Dont bastardize the BORC name, please.

I've had this conversation with several forum members in person, and I believe it's past time these sentiments were laid out here.
So If you spilled hot coffee on yourself at McDonald's would you sue them because the coffee was too hot? Grown people make their own decisions. Have you considered that the individual reading internet bullshit and choosing to ride a sportbike without adequate skill level just might be the problem and not "The BORC" or any other ride posting???

As far as I know...there have been exactly 2 riders down on a BORC ride in the last year.

1) A kid who was well warned by many 4 letter words...and he just went hot following fast riders and wrecked...no fatality
2) Queenmoka went off on 362....broken ribs and NO fatality.

SO how the do you make your level 2 track day assumption? You must be referring to rides that were never associated with "THe BORC"

Oh, yeah...the ruins lives thing. You never said that but blamed the BORC for less MH activity.

This is not directed at Borc or anyone specific, your describing riding buddies I'm not saying no one will help out, but land in a chair or on a cane and can't work for a while and you will see. The way I see it a friend is someone who you trust with you wife, debit card and PIN number. REAL friends are few and far between I hung and still hang with my old riding buddies thru my ordeal and will be riding with them again very soon
