A HPD officer told me that 1/2 of drivers in Houston have no insurance.

If you ride a motorcycle you NEED to have un/underinsured motorist protection on your policy. It's not expensive. What if that guy would've injured you or totalled your bike? You'd be stuck out.

Only because you have not needed to claim that you did. I didn't mean that literally. It's like its in a book " jus says gu hab a cousin tha dos body work "

I know exactly what you meant when you wrote it. As far as that last childish line I speak and read english perfectly so no need to show your red neck trying to explain. Go iron your sheets now.

Ok. I wasn't saying about you personally. You don't have to be a redneck to realize stereotypes. I'm not what I consider a redneck. Just because I I am racist doesn't automatically categorize me as a redneck.

So they don't send an officer for an auto collision but they have no problem sending a dozen of them for some squid getting his wheelies in for the day.

with an accident its already done. Wheelies are a crime that will bring them money and stopping the act before it ends badly is a plus. No telling how many minor accidents a day happen. Its kind of silly to expect them to show to all of them. How would they have time to write tickets to the guys riding wheelies?
