Yes. He's in my chapter.

I don't really want to give out his medical details on the innerwebs, so I want to step carefully here. He went into surgery at 6:30 PM, and is now out of surgery and in ICU. He will survive, but will have a long, long physical recovery. He won't suffer any mental deficiency from this accident.

He has a fairly large MC behind him, and we all love and respect him. And at some point, I'm pretty sure we will throw a big benefit for him. When we do, I will post it here, and will hope to see a large number of people from MH there.

Jdub works my neighborhood and we had a lot of fun at the track one day. I hope he makes a full recovery. He's an awesome guy. Here's a pic of us playing on the track. Get well bud. I hope to see you again soon.

What hospital is he at? I'm always down there so I don't mind dropping in to say hi. I know how it is to be there for months with almost no one to talk to.

He's at memorial hermann. Details I have are that he will be ok outside of his needed surgeries. Like above I'm touchy about giving out details but his wife did post on Facebook that indeed his leg from the knee down didn't make it. Me and my wife will visit him in a week or so when things calm down at the hospital.

He's at Hermann. He can have visitors today. The word I'm hearing is that he's rather emotional right now, and rightfully so. So if you go down there and he isn't particularly feeling like seeing people, gotta understand...

(Oh, and be assured, his MC will make sure he isn't one of those people strung out with nobody visiting or caring, I promise you that.)

Man, this is terrible. Jason is such a stand up dude; a great rider and a great cop. I haven't spoken to him in some years now since I left behind riding and firefighting and moved out of Pearland but I'll never forget the time he helped me recover my stolen property when other officers didn't really care. I wish you the best on the road to recovery Jason. :(
