If your looking for man , they come from steroids which is a female hormone injection which I would not reccomend. Training is more of a show for correct form issue.

Bowflex is a very helpful workout tool. There are tons of exercises you can do on it.

If you really want some good tips, go to menshealth.com

Lots of hard work, diet, and a solid routine. I've been in the health and wellness field for 9 years as a colateral duty. Find someone who REALLY knows proper form, range of motion, etc etc.

Quick tip, if someone tells you how to work your inner pecs, they don't know . It's a common thing i hear when people are trying to tell you they know stuff.

It's really too much to explain here. The bowflex is a good tool but like any, you have to use it. Do you have the software? If not, see if u can download it. They have a training program. What is ur body type? Do you put on size easily or do you find it hard? Are you lean and find it hard to put on size? How much do you weigh, how tall are you? As much info as possible would help.

Rule of thumb

12-15 reps - tone

8-10 reps - tone and size

3-5 reps - size

use the weight that in the third set you are done with that number of reps for your goal.

You can work upper (incline) and lower(decline) pecs but not inner and outter.

Wide grip will emphasize chest, narrow triceps

find someone to demonstrate scapular retraction, proper form, and range of motion. If they can demonsrate that then you are off to a good start for someone to listen to.
