Here's what I've got to say about this. I am in no way advocating either side of the battle going on here. It doesn't look too good for you on your end, SCobra but then again you aren't defending yourself too hard here.

I'm an AVID eBay user. I buy and sell the poo out of that thing. I've been using it for years now. I have zero negatives and a feedback rating of over 1200 positives (not counting the double positives which don't count according to eBay).

In spite of my perfect feedback rating. Have I ever had problems with eBay? Sure. What I've learned dealing with eBay.... Sh*t happens. I've received items that just aren't exactly what they were advertised. I've shipped things that people weren't too happy about. Alas, I haven't gotten a negative. Why? I tried to fix the problem the best I could each and every time. It's about making the customer/seller happy in the end.

I'm very cautious of who I deal with as well. I check feedback ratings strenously. Your rating here on motohouston doesn't seem to be too high. Yeah, you've got some customers who were happy such as Vandals. It just seems you've got more that aren't happy.

I don't know. I'd be wary of dealing with you based on the history stated here. I mean you're about to drop the gloves and get into it with JESUSfknCHRIST. It's all about attitude and how you come out of it in the end. Would I deal with you? Probably. But more of a face-to-face scenario in a VERY public setting.

I strongly believe that people are generally good and mean well at heart. You uttered some phrases that fall in that category. Sh*t happens. Move on and make it right and get your repuation under control. Pay your debts.

The same goes for JESUSfknCHRIST if SCobra is actually the one being screwed.

Just my two cents.
