Bell Helmet-Awesome customer service

Bought a Bell Star and the transition shield a year or so ago. The transition shield had an issue. I contacted them and they are replacing it free of charge. Did not even have to return the old shield.

Now contrast that to Sears. I bought a filter at the sears downtown. Found out it was the wrong one, took it to sears appliance on 59, there response was you did not buy it here, we can take it. Went to a sears hardware in katy, first thing they said was well you did not buy it here, but I will see if it is in the system. (I even had the receipt). They found it in the system and I did get a refund. So lesson learned is if you buy something from one of the big stores ask if it can be returned at any of their stores.

Bell does it right and I thank WWH for recommending that I contact Bell about the shield.
