There's a line, and you're crossing it.
Do not ever accuse me or my company of racism again.
If you want to pout because you didn't get your way and be placed ahead of the other bikes we have to work on that's your problem.
However when you attempt to attack my integrity I take it seriously.

If you would have given me the time of day instead of waisting my time and money I would understand. Your staff could have told me the wait time when I called. Thank you for your apology!

Thomas told you very specifically on Monday we would not work on your motorcycle immediately due to our current work load.
He also told you were were 5-7 days out and we may be able to try to get you squeezed in before that time frame.
When you came in yesterday and they reiterated those same words you had a melt down and left.
As far as apology, what do you want me to apologize for?
Not putting you in front of the other customers bikes to be worked on?
In the interim you are attacking my business trying to jeopardize the livelihood of my employees because you couldn't get your way?. Now you want to come on here and insinuate it was due to racism?
You seem to have a problem with grasping reality.
I'm done here.

I was never told that, and I did not melt down. I was disappointed with the 12-14 day wait. It was a communication error from your staff. Tejas Motorsports fixed the problem in 24 hours, and even helped off load/ load my bike. I was joking about the racism. This is MH.

If you are done here, you can stop sending me threatening PM's, and go on with your business. I will never take anything to your shop. The HOP is better, Tejas Motorsports is better. They value customers.

That being said, Jesus those Asians must have small hands. It was a lot tighter than i expected, but I got it done.

The difference is the spark plug socket has rubber in it that grabs the tip of the plug and holds onto it. Easier to drop the plug into the hole and pull it out if removing. That's it
