Red face My CMRA weekend

It was my first CMRA weekend. So yes I am still a pro nov but I had no intent of going slow. I ended up with a 5th place in Superstock A starting from the back and with a new personal best of a 1:50.4 once I got out of traffic. I was aiming for a 49 but im still stoked about it. Second race it went down hill (literally). Again starting from the back , I was making my way closer to the front running about 52s in traffic, and had just finished 3 laps. Going into lap 4 coming into turn 1 I crashed. I don't remember how it happened since I hit my head pretty hard. I walked away with only a concussion and no real memory of how I crashed. I couldn't remember my birthday when they were asking me. And I had no clue where I had crashed. After asking a few people around they clarified that it was in fact turn 1. So you may see a part out of a cbr1000 coming soon. .Either way Ill see yall at the first round at Msrh in 2014

glad you are alright!

Concussions are nothing to play about though- so take it easy for a while.

Don't worry about your yellow shirt.......

The whole idea is to go fast, have fun, and don't crash. It's easy to do one or the other, it's finding the combination of all 3.

Glad you're ok. See you next year.

30min sprint sounds more like what they do at the pro races. I would rather do that but i know i am spent after a 20min session.

Don't feel bad... I raced all season... was way slower and still didn't get the not crashing part down after I got my shirt off.... I crashed at a trackday after running my best times ever... go me!
