If someone starts beating on your window, it's a pretty safe bet that you're in the clear.

Ah, the same argument used to favor Trayvon Martin.

This is called an "incomplete comparison" fallacious argument. Gabriel chooses to not provide all details of what the bikers were doing, in order to cast blame on the SUV driver. But when viewed in the totality of what happened, the story changes dramatically.

This is an argument sometimes seen in a courtroom setting, but it almost always fails. Because real facts bring it all out.

Same different person, literally every argument that they try to hold is the exact same. And they hold no firm ground to debate on at all. I just cant find the logic

The right lane is reserved for stunting. Know the law

I don't think anyone here really has an issue with stunters, it's the lack of respect for other motorists that, some, have and the total mentality this NY bike group had. We all share the same road and should respect each other. This group had ZERO respect for any other motorist. They started and got one of their crew hurt then assaulted a guy who felt he and his family were in danger. Now, this has gotten so much media attention it makes all of us riders look like .

I thought a big group of bikers riding agressively and taking up the freeway was obvious that its not a good idea to drive that close. Good defensive driving is all that is not some stunt freeway rule
