Probably not.
Most of that was attorney fees I am sure. Depending on your attorney's hourly rate and what avenue you choose to pursue (jury trial or resets and delays working on options to mitigate your troubles).

The court does not really want fines...they want your in jail.

Disagree about fines v jail. Money buys freedom in every economy in the world, even H town. If you have money and you can't figure out a solution, you are doing it wrong.

Never saw the rider ... did talk to someone who said the rider made it in and out of lock up. So must not have been injured to bad. Rider did originate from PP1 in a group ... 3 others made it away from the cop.

Glad it turned out good for the most part. It was the first time I seen a bike down in real life so was kinda glad he was not injured bad.
